Beauty Lies Within You!

Why do you criticize yourself when you see yourself in the mirror? Why do you feel sad when you see others who are fair or thin? Why don’t you see the beauty in yourself? Why are you not satisfied?

The answer to these questions is simple and the only one that is you are judging your physical appearance when you see others.

According to you all What the word BEAUTY mean?

According to us, our society’s beauty means how fair we are! How thin we look! How our face cut is! If we are dark, if we are fat, if we have any physical problem, we are considered ugly or become a face whom everyone teases, makes fun of! Even the dictionary says beauty means physical qualities like shape, color, form, etc.

But had we ever thought what is the real beauty?

Real beauty is seen by your nature, your manners, and most importantly your thoughts. Why do you think of becoming fair if you are dark or trying to become thin if you are fat? You should be satisfied within yourself. God has made you with a lot of love and care. Not to criticize yourself or others.

So many movies have been made on body shaming like Bala, Ujada Chaman what are you learning from these movies. These movies are made to destroy the shame we make of our bodies. If you will not love yourself then how others will love you!

You are the most beautiful person in this world, no one is perfect. Love yourself because you are beautiful, don’t get sad when you see yourself in the mirror. Thank God that you are still alive and living your life, you are getting everything from your life and then cursing yourself just because of your physical appearance is not at all sensible.

I have personally seen many peoples in my friend circle only that they don’t like clicking pictures because they are fat or dark. They curse themselves. They think why I am not fair like others, why I am not thin and has the figure like others. But not everyone has real beauty if they are physically beautiful.

Delete the word Body shaming from this world, change the meaning of beauty! Love yourself, you are the most beautiful personality, be happy when you see yourself in the mirror, live your life freely, click photographs as if you are the actress and your fans are waiting outside. Love yourself people will love you! Don’t curse yourself or others, all are beautiful, everyone is pretty.

Don’t sacrifice your mental health to have the perfect body. Love you all!
