ARE WE INHUMANE?

According to you all what is humanity?

Humanity is treating one another as equal with respect. So what happens when it comes to workers, servants, and staff. Why we don’t understand them as humans as living creatures?

God made us equally with the same hard work and patience so why do we discriminate among our kind.

During the period of this pandemic we realised the need of our house helpers and co workers. We realised how much labor they constantly do without complaining to earn their livelihood.

During the lockdown we were all told to do all our work by ourselves without the house helpers, when we started cleaning our houses we realized how much physical labor it takes.

Wherever we are working under any company, organization, or independently we want something in return except the salary that is respect and good behavior. If we require something in return why don’t we give it to them? We all get a day off in a week after working hard in any job but had we ever thought about the staff which is working under us, they work all the 7 days of the week and they never complain about that.

What they are just asking in return a good behavior and just a small amount of respect. That behavior and respect include equality.

Many times we think being kind to them will let them take advantage of us and they will become workmen ( kaamchor in hindi）but had we ever thought why it happens? It happens because in their whole life they were distinguished no one ever became kind to them.

Cursing this difficult period is of no use, take advantage and see the positive outlooks. Don’t change the thinking of others, first change yours!

Before seeing them with a different aspect remember one thing that we all are the children of God and the almighty made both of us equally with the same two hands. They all are part of the world and no one is born to be insulted or to get discriminated against. We all are living creatures we all have feelings and hearts.
